Grand Opening of the We Care Learning Lab (Robles Park)

On October 31st IAAK, in collaboration with Midtown Express Auto Detailing, opened the doors to the We Care Learning Lab located right in the facilities of Midtown Express at 501 E. Lake Ave (Corner of Central and Lake) in Tampa. The Learning Lab is equipped with books, encyclopedia's, 5 computers, TV, DVD, VCR and a safe learning environment for the children of Robles Park to visit after school. This lab represent an answer to a need for these services there in that location. "Children were roaming the streets after hours and we were just trying to find a safe place for them to go", Leah Lang, director of the lab stated as she described her need for this center to us just 2 months ago. By pulling our resources together we were able to launch the lab by October 31st. Now these children can received the quality tutoring and training they need.
