Wanda DeLaRosa
Executive Director
Wanda DeLaRosa is the Co-founder and Executive Director of It’s All About Kids. Since its inception in 2000, she has applied over 20 years of child development, education and ministerial experience to growing and nurturing an organization committed to providing enrichment programs to children. As a mother who raised two children, Mrs. DeLaRosa experienced raising children as she served as a children's minister and educator and counselor to many families who struggled to raise their children and provide them with the wholesome education that they needed to be well-rounded and successful.
It’s All About Kids was initiated because of Mrs. DeLaRosa’s lifelong commitment and desire to assist children and their parents as they struggle through the pressures that families experience in tough economic times. She has dedicated her life to public service. Her diverse background in multiple phases of education includes business administration, ministry, missions, early childhood management, cultural awareness and special needs. Wanda has also taught English as a second language to elementary students and served as a Christian educator. She also served as a national trainer for teachers and through her mission and outreach work, has become a compelling motivational speaker. Mrs. DeLaRosa is active in the community and has been instrumental in the development of several successful ministries and international children’s programs.
Larry DeLaRosa
Co-Founder
Larry DeLaRosa is Co-founder of It’s All About Kids. Side-by-side with Wanda DeLaRosa, Mr. DeLaRosa brings his business and technical background to the organization. He is instrumental in the development of the fundraising, programs, events and volunteerism needed to provide the most effective enrichment programs for the academic development of children.
Mr. DeLaRosa holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of South Florida, as well as an A.A. in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College. He also holds several IT certifications which including the MCSA from Microsoft, CCNA from CISCO, the A+ and Network+ from CompTia.. Mr. DeLaRosa provides IT consulting to the organization and business experience from companies like FedEx, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Dell and Bright House Networks, and Medco Health Solutions.
